Submitting an application does not indicate acceptance as an exhibitor.
You must agree to exhibit both days during exhibit open hours.
Multi-level marketing is not allowed.
Promotion or sales of non-FDA approved therapies is not permitted.
Marketing or recruitment for organizations or clinical trials must have be approved prior to the conference.
Harassment of attendees or offensive displays are not allowed (if you are unsure of this policy, please ask!).
No loud electrical or other mechanical apparatus that disturbs other exhibitors.
Canvassing or distributing materials outside the booth or in other public hotel space is not permitted.
No photographing attendees or other exhibitors booths without permission.
No advertising for other events that occur during or after the conference unless approved beforehand.
No fundraising unless it is for Narcolepsy Network (even if through sales).
Exhibitor space does not include conference registration or meals.
Failure to follow the rules/misrepresentation will result in you being asked to leave.
